Dave has more than twenty-five years of finance and operations experience.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Ithaca College and earned an MBA and a Masters in Accounting at Northeastern University.

Dave has held positions at organizations such as a big-four accounting firm, hotel management company, award winning publishing company, financial services firm, law firm, construction/contracting, manufacturing, hospitality, mystery shopping and Federally funded non-profits.

Dave is an experienced, collaborative, flexible and hands-on financial executive with experience in all aspects of finance, accounting, human resources, IT, office management and operations management. His experience extends to policy and procedure development; gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations; revenue generation and full cycle accounting and budgeting, vendor management and staff coaching and development. Dave specializes in creating, implementing and monitoring internal controls, cost-control and revenue stabilization. In addition Dave has experience in the non-profit sector managing grants issued by the Federal Government. This includes calculating allocations across many grants as well as managing grant draw downs and accounting.
